Payment is required upon arrival on the day of service.
Customer is responsible for arranging parking for our service vehicle.
Electricity and running hot water must be available at the property.
While every effort is made, complete removal of pet hair cannot be guaranteed.
The property must be vacant at the time of cleaning.
Pricing applies to properties in standard condition; heavily soiled properties may incur additional charges.
Invoice will be sent via email after payment is completed.
