Yes. Our quotes are fixed-price and GST-inclusive. Unlike many cleaners who quote "from" a price and then adjust it on the day, your quote is locked in. No hidden fees, no add-ons you didn't ask for.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via a secure payment link sent after the job. Payment on completion — never before.
Yes — contact us as soon as possible and we'll update your booking. The earlier the better, though we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on what's needed.
Everything agents check: kitchen (oven deep clean, rangehood, cupboards), all bathrooms (shower screens, tiles, toilet, mirrors), all bedrooms and living areas (windows, skirting, wardrobes, light fittings), wall spot cleaning, blinds, fly screens, and all floors vacuumed and mopped. A full written scope of work is included with every quote.
Always included at no extra cost. Oven deep cleaning (racks, trays, glass door, inside and out), cooktop degreasing, and rangehood cleaning are all part of our standard package. The oven is one of the top two reasons agents fail bonds — so we never skip it.
It's an optional package upgrade you select at quote time. Vacuuming is always free. If you choose the "With Carpet" package, we do professional hot-water extraction steam cleaning and provide a receipt for your property manager — which most agencies require at handover.
Wall spot cleaning is always included — scuffs, light marks, finger prints. If your walls have heavy built-up staining or marks that go beyond spot-cleaning, our Full Wall Wash add-on covers a sugar-soap wash of every surface top to bottom.
Interior windows are always included free (glass, sills, and tracks on every floor). External ground-floor windows are an optional add-on. Upper-storey exterior glass requires specialist equipment — that's not something we offer for safety reasons.
If your property manager flags any cleaning item from our scope within 72 hours of your exit inspection, we return and re-clean it completely free. Just send us the inspection report or photos and we'll arrange a re-clean — typically within 2–3 business days, no later than 5. No arguments, no charge.
The guarantee window is 72 hours from exit inspection (and no later than 7 days after our clean). If you have a tight turnaround — tell us as soon as you're notified and we'll do everything we can to prioritise you. Outside the window, we'll still try to help, though any re-clean may be chargeable.
The guarantee covers our cleaning work — not pre-existing damage. Permanent stains, burns, bleach marks, and pet odour soaked into the underlay are beyond what any cleaning service can fix and are not covered. We'll flag anything like this before we start so there are no surprises.

No — you don't need to be there. Most customers hand over a key or leave access instructions and get on with moving. Our cleaners are police-checked and fully insured. Before-and-after photos are taken on every job so you have full visibility.
Yes — the property must be completely vacant (no furniture, no belongings) before we start. This is a requirement of our bond-back guarantee and allows us to clean every surface properly, including under and behind where furniture sat.
